Thank you for shopping with Loomi Activewear Ltd. This policy explains how we ship your order, what it costs and what to expect after you buy.
Free UK Shipping
Free shipping is offered on orders over £100 and is applied automatically at checkout.
Shipping Costs & Delivery Times
All orders are sent by Royal Mail using a tracked service. Available services, prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and start once your order has been dispatched.
Order Processing
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are dispatched the next working day. We aim to send every order straight away, but during busy periods dispatch may take 2–3 working days.
Where We Deliver
We currently deliver to UK addresses only, including Northern Ireland. We’re unable to deliver to:
- the Channel Islands
- the Isle of Man
- BFPO or APO addresses
Order Tracking
Every order is tracked. You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information may take a little time to update.
Address Accuracy
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If you need to correct it, contact us as soon as possible.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your order, get in touch as soon as possible. We can usually help before your order is dispatched, but we can’t make changes once it’s with Royal Mail. Refunds for cancelled orders are made to the original payment method.
Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels
If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, please check your tracking and then contact us. We’ll investigate with Royal Mail and, if your parcel is confirmed lost, send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll put it right. If items are faulty or incorrect, please see our Refund Policy.
