Free Shipping
Free shipping is offered on orders over £150 and will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Rates 
All orders are shipped by Royal Mail throughout the UK. Please select from the service options at check out.

Delivery Service
Fulfilment of your order is managed by Loomi Active Ltd.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, with any orders received Saturday or Sunday shipped the following week. 

Please note we'll endeavour to dispatch your order straight away, however during busy periods this could take 2-3 working days.

Exemptions
Unfortunately, due to forces out of our control, we are currently unable to fulfil orders to the following destinations. We’re working to resolve this as soon as possible and apologise for any inconvenience.

  • Republic of Ireland
  • Channel Islands
  • Isle of Man

We do not deliver to BFPO and APO addresses. Please use an alternative shipping address. 

Deliveries Outside the UK
We are currently unable to ship outside of the UK.

Public Holidays
Orders placed on a public holiday will be dispatched the next working day. If the 2-day delivery date falls on a public holiday, the delivery will be made the next day.

Delivery Tracking
If you have chosen a tracked delivery, you'll receive an email with your tracking number, once your order has been shipped. You can use this to track the status of your order.  

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
We aim to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition but occasionally things do go wrong. If your order arrives with obvious damage to the packaging, do not accept the goods from the courier.
